By accessing and using this official SQ Clothing website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Exchange & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

Handcrafted Block Print Artisanship & Quality

Our block print collections are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

An irregular weave, print, or stitch should not be taken as a defect, as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product. Despite these natural variables, at SQ we stand firmly behind the quality and authenticity of every garment.

Scope of Online Domestic Orders

The exchange, delivery, and return policies mentioned on this website are applicable only on Domestic Orders placed online through our official website and are not applicable for products bought at offline stores or on any third-party platforms.

Exchange Eligibility & SQ Tag Loop Seal (15 Days)

SQ accepts exchange of item(s) within 15 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges are Not Eligible if the SQ Tag loop seal is broken or tampered with. The product must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and must be returned in a saleable condition with all original SQ MRP Tags intact.

SQ reserves the right to decide whether the product seems worn, washed, altered, or subjected to post-purchase damage.

• Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of order delivery.
• The SQ Tag loop seal must remain completely intact and untampered.
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains or damages.
• Original SQ MRP tags and branded packaging must accompany the item.

Size Issues & Courier Shipping Charges

For size-related exchanges, customers must courier the product back to our address. SQ will bear the cost of one-way shipping (dispatching the replacement garment to you), while the customer is responsible for all remaining courier charges incurred in shipping the item to us.

Strict No Refund Policy

SQ does not offer refunds, even in cases of damaged products. Eligible issues will be resolved through an exchange, and customers must select a replacement product from our website catalog.

Block Print – Wash Care Instructions

To safeguard the integrity of hand block printed textiles, customers must adhere to the following wash care guidelines. SQ cannot be held responsible for fabric deterioration caused by improper washing or maintenance:

• Hand wash gently or dry clean only.
• Use mild detergent.
• Dry in the shade away from direct sunlight.
• Do not bleach.
• Avoid spraying perfume directly on the fabric.

Intellectual Property & Governing Law

All textile patterns, imagery, logos, brand content, and digital assets on this site are the exclusive property of SQ Clothing. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
