Each piece is crafted by skilled artisans in rural India and packaged with rigorous quality checks and our tamper-evident SQ Tag loop seal before dispatch. Review our shipping terms and delivery timelines below.
Domestic Shipping Scope
SQ offers shipping across India for all domestic orders placed online through our official website. We collaborate with reputable logistics and courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of our garments.
Please note that our shipping services and guarantees are applicable solely to domestic online orders and do not apply to products purchased at physical retail stores or third-party platforms.
Handcrafted Apparel & Order Processing
Our block print collections are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, with each garment carefully created, inspected, and tagged with our signature SQ loop seal.
An irregular weave, print variation, or stitch should not be taken as a defect, as handcrafted products celebrate artisanal individuality. Standard orders are typically processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 2 to 4 business days.
Estimated Delivery Timelines & Tracking
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 4 to 8 business days, depending on your delivery pin code and region.
As soon as your package is dispatched, we share real-time tracking information via email and SMS so you can monitor your shipment progress.
Exchange Shipping & Size Issues
For size-related exchanges, customers must courier the product back to our official warehouse address.
SQ will bear the cost of one-way shipping by dispatching the new replacement size back to your address free of charge. The customer is responsible for all courier charges incurred when sending the initial garment to our facility.
SQ Tag Loop Seal & Delivery Inspection
Each garment arrives with an SQ Tag loop seal attached. When trying on your garment for size, please ensure that the SQ Tag loop seal remains intact and untampered.
Exchanges are strictly Not Eligible if the SQ Tag loop seal is broken, removed, or tampered with. We strongly recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery and contacting us immediately if the outer package appears severely compromised.
Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery
Please ensure accurate and complete shipping addresses, including postal pin code and active phone numbers, when placing an order. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect customer details or customer unavailability after repeated attempts, re-dispatch charges may apply.
