Cancellation Policy
At SQ, we strive to process and deliver your handcrafted orders efficiently. Because each garment is carefully crafted by traditional artisans in rural India and prepared with precision, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation terms before placing an order. Cancellations are accommodated prior to dispatch, in accordance with the guidelines below.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders placed on our official website can only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched from our fulfillment facility.
Once an order is packed and dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted. In such cases, customers may avail of our standard 15-day Exchange Policy once the order is received.
How to Request a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your Order ID and contact details prior to dispatch.
Once your cancellation request is received and verified before fulfillment, our team will confirm the cancellation of your order.
No Monetary Refunds Policy
As per SQ policy, we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. If an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch, the customer will be issued store credit or may choose an alternative replacement product from our official website catalog.
Handcrafted Collections & Made-to-Order Items
Our block print collections are handcrafted by traditional artisans in rural India. Orders requiring customized alterations or personalized specifications cannot be cancelled once production or alteration has commenced.
Post-Dispatch & Delivery Exchanges
If your order has already been dispatched, please accept the delivery. You may then initiate an exchange within 15 days of delivery under our Exchange Policy.
Exchanges are strictly Not Eligible if the SQ Tag loop seal is broken or tampered with, or if the product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Products must retain unbroken SQ Tag loop seals.
- Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
- All original SQ MRP tags must remain intact.
Applicability & Limitations
This Cancellation Policy is applicable solely to domestic orders placed online through our official website and does not apply to purchases made at offline retail stores or third-party platforms.
