An irregular weave, print, or stitch should not be taken as a defect, as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product. Despite these variables, at SQ we stand behind our quality and are committed to offering you a smooth exchange experience.

Applicability of Policy

The exchange and return guidelines mentioned below are applicable only on Domestic Orders placed online through our official website and are not applicable for products bought at offline stores or on any third-party platforms.

Exchange Policy & Eligibility (15 Days)

SQ accepts exchange of item(s) within 15 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges are strictly Not Eligible if the SQ Tag loop seal is broken or tampered with. The product should not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and must be returned in a saleable condition with all original SQ MRP Tags intact.

SQ reserves the right to decide whether the product seems worn, washed, altered, or subjected to post-purchase damage.

  • Exchange request must be raised within 15 days of delivery.
  • SQ Tag loop seal must be intact and unbroken.
  • Product must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • Original SQ MRP tags must be attached and packaging retained.

Exchange Policy – Size Issues

For size-related exchanges, customers must courier the product back to our address. SQ will bear the cost of one-way shipping (dispatching the replacement size back to you), while the customer is responsible for all remaining courier charges.

Refund Policy

SQ does not offer refunds, even in cases of damaged products. Eligible issues will be resolved through an exchange, and customers must select a replacement product from our website.

To ensure the vibrancy and longevity of your handcrafted block print apparel, please strictly adhere to the following care recommendations:

  • Hand wash gently or dry clean only.
  • Use mild detergent.
  • Dry in the shade away from direct sunlight.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Avoid spraying perfume directly on the fabric.
